Yoga Basics WorkshopSaturday, January 17th Learn how adding yoga to your life can help you get fit and relieve stress. This workshop will give you a basic introduction to yoga. You will learn basic balance, strength building and stretching poses. You will also learn to use your breath to help manage your stress. You'll enjoy a slow and gentle practice, followed by a guided relaxation with aromatherapy that will leave you feeling calm and stress free. Each participant will receive a handout for home practice. If practiced several times a week, you will see a definite improvement in your fitness level, as well as your stress level. All ages & fitness levels are welcome! Each pose will work together to release muscle tightness from every area of your body. Join us for a gentle series of several poses designed to release stress and tension from every area of your body. An extra long final relaxation will leave you in a state of blissful relaxation.
